Delivery information

All orders placed via the website will be shipped with a tracking service.  It is our aim to send your order within 2-4 days of purchase. Original artworks could take longer, please use the contact us form for any questions and we will get in touch. 

Returns

Whilst we know you will love having Daffy gracing your hallways, we also understand that from time to time things can go wrong. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase or contact via the email address you used to purchase online as well as your online order details. 

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@totteringbygently.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent back at cost to the customer. We would advise you to get adequate postal insurance as we cannot accept liability until the item is delivered and checked back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
